Guarantee We offer a 14-day change-of-mind guarantee on all products except for those marked as non-returnable in the product description. To qualify, products must be in brand new, unopened condition. For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned. Please note a 20% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns.
Returns If you wish to return a product, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate and dispatch the return. Returns are only accepted if the item is unopened and unused. Please email us with your order number and the email address used for the purchase to arrange your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
Installation AuzzieStar does not provide installation services or quotes for installation. Customers are responsible for arranging installation with a qualified plumber, and we are not liable for any risks associated with installation. All installation costs are borne by the customer.
Warranty Our products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s return-to-base warranty covering parts and labor. Under a “return-to-base” warranty, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item. The warranty period begins from the date on your invoice. This warranty does not cover damages caused by power supply issues, lack of proper care, misuse, uncertified installation, or unauthorized repairs. Should a manufacturing defect be detected within 14 days of delivery, contact our support team for troubleshooting. If unresolved, the item may be sent back for testing and repair. Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
